Originally located in Waxahachie, Texas, this charming two-story Victorian house has been fully refurbished, refreshed, and repurposed by skilled craftsmen who have lovingly returned it to its original glory and beyond. The house boasts many finely crafted features, such as a wrap-around veranda, fine wood work, hardwood floors, a hand-crafted staircase, high-peaked gables, finials, and many more stately embellishments. A new covered porch for dining has been added alongside the house for al fresco dining for guests of the porch pour.

The William Hosford House – Built in 1894

The historic William Hosford House, also known as “The Pink Lady,” was initially located on Hwy. 77 in Waxahachie, Texas. The house, built in 1894, is the oldest on the block.

The Stately Pink Lady

Preserved for over 100 years at its original location in Waxahachie, Texas, the stately Pink Lady today makes her home at Founders Row in nearby Midlothian where every effort will be made to retain her elegant presence.
